設備簡介/Equipment introduction:

    LHXN型周邊傳動刮吸泥機用於汙水處理廠圓形二沉池,將沉降在池底的汙泥刮集至一組沿半徑方向布置的吸泥管管口,再通過中心排泥管排出,以便汙泥回流或濃縮脫水,同時將池麵的浮渣撇向集渣鬥,通過集渣鬥排出池外,以便進一步處理。

工作原理/Principle:

    周邊傳動刮吸泥機由主梁、端梁、驅動裝置、刮泥板、抽真空係統、導流筒、撇渣裝置、集渣鬥、中心支座、集電器、控製櫃等組成。主梁在驅動裝置帶動下,繞池中心軸線旋轉,將沉積在池底的汙泥由刮泥板刮集至各吸泥口,在液位的作用下,汙泥經吸泥口,輸泥槽、虹吸管、中心泥罐、中心排泥管排至汙泥坑。每個吸泥管上端設有調節器,以調節各吸泥管的流量分配。同時,液麵上的浮渣向隨主梁旋轉的撇渣板和周邊浮渣擋板形成的漸縮區域內集中,直至其封閉邊—刮渣擺臂。由擺臂上的刮渣板刮集至集渣鬥排出池外。
