Do you think I have to get dressed up?
She asked me if she needed to get dressed up, and honestly, I didn’t know. We have tickets to Cirque du Soleil; they’re in the so-called VIP section, valet parking, there’re champagne, meeting the performers, etc. I told her, normally for something like this, I wouldn’t get dressed up, but weren’t 100% sure since we got good seats.
Yes you should get dressed up, this is not an occasion that you would wear jeans to. Wear dress pants and nice clean shoes and your partner should really wear a dress (nothing revealing or to casual).
