I have some questions about the titanic please help?
I’m doing an essay about the titanic and i have to do who is responsible for the failure of titanic. I need to know who is responsible for these different things please
Who is responisible for having no life boat drills?
Who is responsible for the extra lifeboats being took off the ship?
Was there enough life boats for everyone on the ship?
Who was responsible for the water tight compartments not having a top?
Who was responsible for the mixed iron and slag being used for the rivets?
I know the owners were in debt and launched titanic before it was finished but when it says owners does it mean white star line or JP morgan bank?
Please help
